The survey that you came to take has ended! However, if you have a little time we would very much appreciate your participation in the survey shown below. Thank you for your help!

Park Guest Satisfaction Survey

Greetings and welcome to the Universal Orlando online guest satisfaction survey! The purpose of this survey is to hear from you about what you liked and what you didn't like about your Universal Orlando experience. Your ratings and feedback will be forwarded directly to the in-park managers who can make a difference and improve the park. We very much want to hear from you!

  • In appreciation for your participation, we will automatically enter you in a drawing to win the Grand Prize of a $100 gift certificate to Amazon.com, Target.com, or Walmart.com or be one of two runner ups that receive a pair of 1-day, 2-park tickets to Universal Orlando Resort, which you'll be able to use next time you visit the park (whenever that is). Rules
  • This is an anonymous survey. While our managers will certainly make changes to the park based on what you have to say, they will not receive any personally identifiable information and cannot contact you about your feedback. If you would like the park to contact you about an issue, please contact our Guest Services team directly.
